Terms of Service

By accessing and using TickrPay, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this service.

TickrPay is a web application that allows users to:

• Calculate their earnings per second based on income information
• Create public profiles displaying their earnings ticker
• Compare earnings between different profiles
• Generate and share visual content about their earnings
• Access premium features through paid subscriptions

TickrPay offers optional paid subscription tiers (Premium and Pro) with additional features:

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Price changes will apply to subsequent billing periods.
• Feature Access: Premium features are available only while your subscription is active and in good standing.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Upon cancellation:

• You retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
• Your subscription will not renew for future periods
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the current billing period

Refunds: We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

• Technical issues preventing access to paid features that we cannot resolve
• Accidental duplicate charges
• Requests made within 7 days of initial purchase (first-time subscribers only)

To request a refund, contact us through our GitHub repository or reply to any payment confirmation email. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate income information when creating a profile
• Not impersonate others or create fraudulent profiles
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems
• Not abuse the service through excessive requests or automation
• Understand that all profile information is PUBLIC

IMPORTANT: All information you submit when creating a profile (including your handle and income data) will be publicly accessible. Anyone with your profile URL can view this information. Do not submit information you wish to keep private.

You may not:

• Create profiles with offensive, misleading, or inappropriate handles
• Use automated tools to create multiple profiles or spam the service
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or other security measures
• Scrape or harvest data from the service without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

The TickrPay service, including its design, code, and branding, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy or redistribute the service's code without permission
• Remove or modify any copyright notices
• Use the TickrPay name or branding without authorization

You retain ownership of the income information you provide. By creating a profile, you grant TickrPay a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display and process your data as part of the service.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable if any part of the service becomes unavailable.

TickrPay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TickrPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service for any user who violates these terms or engages in conduct we deem harmful to the service or other users.

Your use of TickrPay is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
